Edgekeeper is the trading journal that knows your prop firm’s published rules — and warns you beforeyou save the trade that breaks them. Your setups, your own written rules and your firm’s limits, on one screen.
Sample data — not a real account.
It’s almost never the entries. It’s the same three failure modes, over and over — and every one of them is a rule you could have written down before the session started.
You take a loss, then size up to get it back. No setup, no level — just emotion. This is the trade that ends evaluations.
Your edge lives in the London Open and NY AM. By NY PM you're bored and giving it all back in the chop.
One tilted afternoon and the trailing max drawdown is gone. Most traders fail on risk, not analysis.
Not sure what your firm’s drawdown actually trails? Read the rules, firm by firm — FTMO, Topstep, Apex, MyFundedFutures and Bulenox — or start with the trading guides. No account needed for either.
Tag the structure — order blocks, FVGs, liquidity sweeps, MSS — the session, and your named setup from the Playbook.
Set your firm's daily loss, max drawdown, target and min days. We show live room left and warn you before you breach.
Per-setup and per-session stats, R distribution, and the times of day where your edge actually lives.

No. It works with any prop firm (FTMO, Topstep, Apex, MyFundedFutures, etc.) and any broker. You set the rules, Edgekeeper tracks them.
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout but pay $0 today; we email you a reminder before the trial ends, and the first charge happens on day 14 only if you haven't canceled. You can cancel in two clicks from Settings — no emails, no hoops.
Not automatically — you log trades manually or import a CSV. The importer reads exports from most platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TopstepX, Interactive Brokers, Thinkorswim, tastyfx/IG and most crypto exchanges), detects the columns for you, and can rebuild round-trip trades from a raw fill log.
Only you. Every table enforces row-level security in the database, so your trades are readable by your account and nothing else — there is no leaderboard, no public profile, and your numbers are never shown to other users. Chart screenshots sit in a private bucket behind short-lived signed links. You can permanently delete your account and everything in it yourself, from Settings, without emailing anyone. We don't sell your data — the privacy policy says exactly what is collected and why.
No. Edgekeeper is a journaling and analytics tool. It has no view on what you should trade, when, or how. The disclaimer in the footer is real.
